Scottish Parliament Site Visit

Scottish Parliament
Site Visit July 2003

In the summer of 2003 a party of IHIE members and guests toured the New Scottish Parliament Buildings.

The site visit began with an interesting video and talk in the Visitor Centre, and was followed by a site visit.

During the course of the afternoon various aspects of the project were explained including the project's history, design inspirations and technical details.

Further Information

At the Official Site you can find a range of information on the project including design drawings and descriptions for each section of the project. There are also two video's to download (here and here) and a pictorial record of progress to view.

To arrange a group visit please see this page for details.
